Our Program

Recreational Wrestling          Cost:  $10.00

This program is for the beginning wrestler in grades K-6 who wants a non-competitive program just to learn the basics. This is a fun-filled program.

Dates:  November 2, 4, 9, 11, 16

Time:    6:30-7:30 pm

Place:   Byron High School Wrestling Room

 

Competitive Wrestling          Cost:  $75.00

This program is for the wrestler in grades K-6 who wants to wrestle at a competitive level and attend tournaments. This program runs from November 18 through April 7. Wrestlers participating in this program also have the opportunity to try out for the youth team.

For Parents

Appropriate Practice Attire

1.  Clean tennis shoes

   or wrestling shoes

   that have not

   been worn on the

   street.

2.  Athletic shorts

   with NO snaps or

   buckles.

3.  A clean t-shirt or

   wrestling singlet.

4.  Headgear is               required for the        competitive

    program.

Please note this general rule:  no school, no practice.

  and  6:30-7:15 pm (grades K-2)

Times:    7:15-8:30 pm (grades 3-6)

      

   Thursdays (optional): Nov. 19 thru April 1

   6:30-7:30 pm (grades K-6)

   "Shake the Rust Off Nights" (optional)
